自我介绍
自1983年参加工作以来一直在高等院校从事凝聚态物理、物理电子学和新材料领域的教学与科研工作。先后讲授二十几门物理、电子与材料等方面的课程。参与国家自然科学基金重大项目、863项目的研究,主持省自然基金重点项目和教育厅重点项目的研究,完成多项纵向与横向科研项目和新产品的开发任务。发表Sci收录的研究论文50余篇,论著3篇章,发明专利3项。
研究方向
1、碳纳米管的制备、性能及其应用研究;2、纳米材料和纳米器件;3、薄膜成核与生长理论; 4、金刚石薄膜材料的制备、性能及其应用研究;5、光伏材料及太阳能电池。
