.留学生正常交纳学费以《华南师范大学招生简章》的标准交纳。
International students pay the fees according to the General Regulations for the Enrollment of Students by South China Normal University.

报名申请费：人民币420元  application fees: 420 RMB
语言生和国际文化学院学位生的学费及报名申请费请到国际文化学院2楼办公室交纳。
Language students and degree students of College of International Culture should pay tuition fees and application fees to College of International Culture. 
本科专业收费：

注：音华南师范大学保留修改学费标准的权利。
Notice: SCNU reserves the rights for the change of tuitions.

学位生的学费及报名申请费请到留学生公寓1楼财务室交纳。
Degree students should pay tuition fees and application fees to Foreign Affairs Office, which is on the first floor of International Students Apartment.

2．其他有关费用 Other fees
（1）办理居留证等费用按标准收费 Fees for the Residence Permit
（2）书本费根据定价收费 Fees for books
（3）保险费600元一年/人 Insurance : 600 RMB for one year
（4）学位留学生的重修费每学分200人民币  Students have to pay 200 RMB for one credit if they take the exam again.

3.交费要求  Requirements for the Payment of Tuition Fees
自费生收费办法，自费生在入学报到后10天内以人民币现金交纳学费。
Self-funded students should pay tuition in cash in RMB within ten days of registration.
（1）学习期限超过一学期而不足一学年者，学费按一年标准交纳。学习期限为一学期或不足一学期者，学费按半年标准交纳。
Those who study for less than one semester will have to pay tuition for the entire semester; those who study for more than one semester but less than a full academic year will have to pay tuition fee for the entire academic year.
（2）留学生应该在学校规定时间内按时足额交纳学费。新生必须报到时一次性付清一年的学费。老生可选择按学期付学费，标准为全年学费的二分之一。
International students should pay the full tuition fees within a given time. New students should pay the whole year’s tuition fees at registration. Old students can pay tuition fees in accordance with semester, which is half of the tuition fees of the academic year.
（3）攻读学位的留学生经批准提前毕业，必须按规定的学制年限交纳学费。
Degree students can graduate ahead of the schedule as long as they meet all the necessary requirements; however, they should pay the tuition fees according to the program duartion.
不按规定时间缴费者不予注册。因特殊情况，由本人申请，并经学校同意，可以缓缴，但最迟不得迟于报到后一个月。
Those who don’t pay tuition on time are not allowed to register. Under special circumstance, students can apply to pay tuition within one month after registration if school approve.
4.退费规定  Regulations for refund
（1）留学生学习期间经批准停学（休学）期间的费用不退，复学后可以延续使用。
There is no refund for those who suspend their studies after approval. They can use the fees after they come back to school. 
（2）被批准退学或注销学籍的学生，根据其离校手续完成的时间和申请按下列标准退学费：
Those who quit school or are expelled from the school can get the refunds according to the time when they leave the school:
学期注册日以前 退100％
100% tuition fees can be refunded before the day of registration
学期开始30日内退 50％
50% tuition fees can be refunded within the 30 days after the semester starts.
学期开始30日后 学费不予退还
There is no refund after 30 days of the semester
注：学期开始日从校历上每学期第一周的星期一开始算，离校日期以离校手续完成的日期为准。
Notice: The first day of the semester starts from Monday of the first week, the date to leave the university counts from the date when all the procedure to leave the university is gone through.
（3）新生注册后，若要求退学，当前学期的学费不予退还。
There is no refund for the tuition fees if the new student wants to quit school after his registration
（4）退费时，按应退还费用的10％收取手续费。退还的币种只限人民币。
10% processing fees will be charged when the refund is paid back. The refund will be paid only in Chinese currency
注：凡退费者，必须交回原始收据，否则不予办理退款手续。
Notice: Anyone who wants to get back the refund should return the original receipt; otherwise no refund will be given back
