报告摘要:由詹姆斯·克莱克·麦克斯韦(James Clerk Maxwell)创造的麦克斯韦恶魔,证明了热力学的第二定律可能会被违反,这使我们对热力学中时间非对称性的理解更加清晰。 也有恶魔揭示了我们自然界中其他对称性的崩溃。 在这个研讨会上,我将通过指出电磁的全量子理论中的电和磁的不对称性(电磁双重性的崩溃)来讨论出现在麦克斯韦自己的电磁理论中的恶魔。
