² 利用纳米光谱学技术研究维材料的结构和新奇物理现象

² 研究二维材料光学和光电子器件制备与机理,

² 石墨烯等二维材料光纤及其光纤器件

研究成果:

研制出基于制备的石墨烯光纤的高性能光纤电光调制器;利用超快飞秒激光研究碳纳米管超快电子源特性二维硒化镓的非线性光学效应通过调节二维材料与衬底之间的间隙调控二维材料激子结合能。近年来发表SCI文章30篇,其中(共同)一作及(共同)通讯文章17,包括Nature PhotonicsNature CommunicationsAdvanced MaterialsAdvanced Functional, Materials, JACSACS NanoNanoscaleNaoresearchOptics LettersAPL等:申请国家发明类专利9

(1)    首次基于化学气相沉积法制备出石墨烯光子晶体光纤,表征其增强的光与石墨烯相互作用,并研制出基于石墨烯光纤的全光纤型电光调制器。

(2)    首次发现二维硒化镓材料具有非常强的非线性光学二次谐波信号,利用该非线性光学信号可以快速无损地分析二维材料的晶体结构。

(3)    首次实现了碳纳米管阵列在超快飞秒激光激发下的光学场致电子发射过程。

(4)    首次实现了石墨烯光纤的电子源的原创设计,阐明其超快的热辅助光电子子发射机理,实现了超稳定光电流输出和耐受差真空环境的能力
