研究方向:

      低维材料的光谱物理与器件研究

  • 利用光学和纳米光谱学技术研究低维材料的结构和新奇物理现象,以及低维材料光学和光电子器件物理;

  • 新型二维材料光纤及其光纤器件,光纤激光器等;


学术成果:

        基于制备的石墨烯光子晶体光纤研制出光纤电光调制器。利用超快飞秒激光研究一维碳纳米管的光学场发射效应和二维硒化镓与硒化铋材料的非线性光学效应。发表SCI文章30,申请发明类专利6,其中包括一作(共一)文章Nature PhotonicsJACSAdvanced MaterialsAdvanced Funcational MaterialsACS NanoNanoscaleAPL等:

(1)    首次基于化学气相沉积法制备出石墨烯光子晶体光纤,表征其增强的光与石墨烯相互作用,并研制出基于石墨烯光纤的全光纤型电光调制器。

(2)    首次发现二维硒化镓材料具有非常强的非线性光学二次谐波信号,利用该非线性光学信号可以快速无损地分析二维材料的晶体结构。

(3)    首次实现了碳纳米管阵列在超快飞秒激光激发下的光学场致电子发射过程。
